With stunning views of the surrounding mountains, Pout Howe is part of a hamlet of about five houses and a farm. It stands in its own grounds, with a rough grass garden and plenty of parking space. Kentmere village is 20 minutes walk from the house and the nearest shop and pub are 15 minutes drive away in Staveley, at the foot of the valley. The Cumbrian towns of Windermere and Kendal can be reached by car in half an hour.
